Our Board Members

Derrick Morrison
Local President

Officer Derrick Morrison

Officer Derrick Morrison #159 earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Montclair State University in 2009. Officer Morrison began his law enforcement career as a full-time police officer with the West Orange Police Department in 2014. Officer Morrison was then hired by and transferred to the Lodi Police Department in 2016, where he served as a full-time police officer. Officer Morrison was later hired by and transferred to the Woodland Park Police Department as a full –time police officer in June 2017. Officer Morrison was proudly elected as the Local President of PBA Local #173 and currently serves the Woodland Park Police Department as a patrolman.

Marc Bonilla
Local Vice President

Officer Marc Bonilla

Officer Marc Bonilla #155 earned his Bachelor’s degree in Law and Justice from Rowan University in 2016. He joined the Woodland Park Police Department in September 2018 and went on to graduate from the Passaic County Police Academy in March 2019. Officer Bonilla currently serves as a patrolman and holds the position of Local Vice President for PBA Local 173.

Alessio Esposito
Local State Delegate

Officer Alessio Esposito

Officer Alessio Esposito #157 began his law enforcement career as a Correctional Officer with the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department in 2015. Officer Esposito was hired by the Clifton Police Department in 2017, where he served as a full-time police officer. Officer Esposito was hired by and transferred to the Woodland Park Police Department in July 2019. Officer Esposito is a lifelong resident of Woodland Park and proudly serves the community in which he was raised. Officer Esposito was proudly elected as the Local State Delegate for PBA Local #173 in 2024 and currently serves the Woodland Park Police Department as a patrolman.

Lidia Aguilar
Recording Secretary

Officer Lidia Aguilar

Prior to Officer Lidia Aguilar’s law enforcement career. Officer Aguilar #160 served in the United States Army Reserve beginning in 2006. Officer Aguilar was deployed to Iraq in 2007 under Operation Iraqi Freedom. Officer Aguilar held positions as a Logistics Manager and Military Police Officer. Officer Aguilar honorably completed her military service of 10 years with the rank of Sergeant.

Officer Lidia Aguilar began her law enforcement career in 2009 with the Passaic County Sheriff's Department, serving as a Correctional Officer. Officer Aguilar was part of the Special Operations team and held the Financial Secretary position for two years for the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department on the PBA Executive Board.

In 2020, Officer Aguilar joined the Woodland Park Police Department and successfully completed the Passaic County Police Academy. In 2023, Officer Aguilar was elected as the Recording Secretary for PBA Local #173 and currently serves the Woodland Park Police Department as a patrolman.

David Garcia
Treasurer

Officer David Garcia

Officer David Garcia #164 was hired by the Woodland Park Police Department as a Class II Special Police Officer in April 2023. Officer Garcia went on to graduate from the Passaic County Police Academy. In April 2024, Officer Garcia was hired as a full-time Police Officer for the Woodland Park Police Department, where he proudly serves as a patrolman. Officer Garcia was elected as Treasurer for PBA Local #173 in October 2025

Anthony Peluso
Financial Secretary

Officer Anthony Peluso

Officer Anthony Peluso #158 began his law enforcement career in 2015 as a Correctional Officer with the Passaic County Sheriff #39's Department. Officer Peluso was hired by the Woodland Park Police Department as a full time Police Officer in July 2019. He went on to attend and complete the Bergen County Police Academy. Officer Peluso is one of the Field Training Officers for the Woodland Park Police Department and is a Physical Training Instructor at the Passaic County Police Academy. Officer Peluso was proudly elected as the Financial Secretary for PBA #173 in June of 2024 and currently serves the Woodland Park Police Department as a patrolman.

Massimo Iacovo
Sgt.-At-Arms

Officer Massimo Iacovo

Officer Massimo Iacovo #163 was hired by the Woodland Park Police
Department in April 2023. He went on to graduate from the Passaic County Police Academy in September of 2023. Officer Iacovo was elected as Sgt.-At-Arms for PBA Local #173 in June 2025, and currently serves the Woodland Park Police Department as a patrolman.
